Refund Policy

Hatiwave Studios operates on a full-payment model prior to the commencement of any project.
1. Payment Requirement
Full payment is required before production work begins.
No work will commence until payment has been received and the contract has been signed.
2. 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Clients may withdraw from a project within 14 days of payment for a 90% refund.
A 10% administrative fee will be retained to cover:

Project setup

Scheduling
-
File organisation
-
Initial planning and preparation
3. After 14 Days
After 14 days from payment, the project is considered active.
If cancellation occurs after this period:
• Payments are non-refundable once production has commenced.
• If substantial production work has not yet begun, partial refunds may be considered at the Studio’s discretion.
4. Scope Changes & Mid-Project Termination
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, Hatiwave Studios reserves the right to retain payment proportional to the work completed.
5. Delays & Non-Communication
If a client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or more during an active project, the project may be considered paused or terminated.
No refunds will be issued in this circumstance.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside of this policy are at the sole discretion of Hatiwave Studios and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
